Courtesy … not

I can think of two ways to interpret this photo:

(1) The ONE is a self-absorbed clueless whozit who isn’t even aware of how discourteous it is to stride briskly ahead of the allegedly venerable disabled old dude.

(2) The ONE set this up to show everybody “now I’ve got that racist cop all fixed up, isn’t he sweet, being so solicitous of the venerable disabled old dude?  I’m The ONE!!!”
