Chris at my vast right wing conspiracy has a delightful photo essay on small town Americans living real lives in the real world.  Not a bitter or clingy thing in there, except maybe a little resentment at being dissed by the “stars,” which I admit to sharing.  If this doesn’t look somewhat familiar to you, you are leading a sad life.
